I hade the most frustrating experience with RS Components.
After receiving faulty thermostat I ordered another one, again faulty. I had 28 exchanges of emails with 7 different people result: I couldn't get the replacement of those 2 components worth less than10 €.
A truly kafkaesque customer services.
