Since RS moved to using DHL as their preferred courier, their delivery service is absolutely diabolical, twice we were awaiting delivery of crucial components and twice they stated, untruthfully, that they tried to deliver without success.
Come on RS COMPONENTS, get you act together and ditch this cowboy company.
