One of the worst customer service I have ever faced. I bought a rice cooker from them that comes with 2-year warranty. After 1 year, I got a problem with it. But when i tried to reach out to them, there is no respond from them. I reported my problem on March 2022 nov its december still my problem is not resolved.
Guys, please dont trust their product they will say 2 year gurantee to make people to believe and purchase, but post purchase there is no proper support.
