Ich schreibe selten so klare und warnende Bewertungen, auch wenn es Dinge zu kritisieren gibt. Ich versuche generell, eine ausgeglichene, differenzierte und wenig emotionale Bewertung zu verfassen. Aber hier geht es nicht anders. Egal, ob viel oder wenig Geld, KAUFT WO ANDERS! Die Geräte sind extrem billig produziert. Und wenn es Russell Hobbs sein muss, KAUFT NICHT DIREKT BEIM HÄNDLER! Denn dann unterliegt man deren Garantiebedingungen. Wenn es schon zu spät ist: Eine Beschwerde beim Kundenservice von Amazon kann auch immer weiterhelfen. Ich habe vor 3 Monaten einen Reiskocher gekauft. Er kam kaputt an. Ein Ersatzgerät wurde geliefert. Nun, nach 3 Monaten: Kaputt. Geht einfach gar nicht mehr an. Das ist nicht mehr "schlecht gelaufen", das ist schlechte Produktion. Nach meiner Recherche wurde das auch bestätigt: Hier wird einfach bekanntlich extrem schlecht produziert, und die Marke hat sich mittels PR ein Image aufgebaut, das ihre Produkte nicht widerspiegelt. SCHLIMMSTER GARANTIEPROZESS JEMALS. Veraltetes, nicht leicht zu findendes Formular auf der Webseite, keine Möglichkeit, direkt über Amazon zu kontaktieren. Es müssen x Informationen herausgesucht werden, teils doppelt. Dann muss man ZUSÄTZLICH eine EXTERNE MAIL verfassen, neben dem Formular(!), mit Beweisfotos vom Aufkleber des Geräts sowie der Rechnung. Sie haben AKTIV und BEWUSST das Anhängen von Dateien im Formular weggelassen, um den Prozess so schwierig und kompliziert wie möglich zu gestalten. Als wäre das nicht alles, muss man anschließend noch diverse Fragen beantworten, wie z. B. "Wie wurde das Gerät gereinigt?" und andere Fangfragen, die dazu führen können, dass einem die Garantie verwehrt wird. Davon gibt es mehrere. Dann muss man auch noch ein VIDEO aufnehmen, in dem man beweist, dass das Gerät kaputt ist – was aber nur über einen speziellen Link und eine spezielle Webseite eingesendet werden darf. Ältere Generationen mit wenig Erfahrung sind hier ohne Hilfe aufgeschmissen! Zusätzlich soll man wieder doppelt Fotos und Rechnungen einschicken, die man bereits eingereicht hat! Absolute Schikane. Absolute Manipulation der Erfüllung der Gewährleistung. Nie. Wieder. Russell Hobbs. Wer sich selbst auch nur ein kleines bisschen was wert ist, sein Geld, Qualität und Funktionalität schätzt und seine eigenen Geräte im Annäherndesten wertschätzt, der sollte beide Beine in die Hand nehmen und sich ein Unternehmen suchen, das einem den grundlegenden Respekt entgegenbringt und sich auch nur 1 % um einen schert, denn Russell Hobbs tut es nicht.

Product 18790. It says brushed steel. But its cheap poxy stainless steel on the front, top and back. They used to be a name that could be trusted

Although recent the toaster has the Union Jack flag & & boats a British Icon Since 1952 the latest toaster is a piece of junk, it was noisy & the toast did pop up to scare you to death. I say did because after 5 weeks the toaster trips the main consumer unit, (both downstairs & upstairs rings) it really is a piece of junk, we bought a Russell Hobbs toaster 44 years ago when we got married & that was a great toaster - As I bought it off Amazon to return it to Russell Hobs involved filling a long form on & promised a reply within 5 working days. The bin is the best place for it. They made good products years ago but now degenerated into the worst of cheaply made products & only their name is left. The matching kettle though still works is so loud its 60+DB @ 1 metre & is the loudest kettle I have ever heard, which we will have to replace as it really is unbearable - Products again once was good now frankly junk. I will never buy another product by this company. Sadly I cant give both the products no stars or I would.

I will never use this Company again! Worst online shopping experience ever! DPD dont take any notice of delivery instructions. Still waiting for a refund on an item that was cancelled and never delivered. Rang several times and keep getting fobbed off. No response to emails and no one calls back. Avoid Avoid!

Purchased two toasters within 3 months with Russell Hobbs. Both pop up button s did not work. Despite them being different models. Waiting to hear back from the company

I bought a toaster and it's so cheaply made. It comes out with burnt edges and under toasted middle and most functions are beginning to stop working after 2 months! I won't bother to try to do anything about it as we don't have customer service in the UK anymore and I'd just get more angry!

Don't bother with brands anymore. They are all made in China, and made to last one year. My iron stop heating suddenly, and was only over year old. Same happened to the previous one. I understand that if they make durable products, might go out of business, but common, one year? Where is the sustainability, when piling the global rubbish with their products?

An excellent brand but how ridiculous the four slice toaster cable leads are now. So incredibly short. Only just got the lead to reach the plug socket with the position I wanted the toaster in. For the sake of giving us another few inches (shorter ones saving on production costs no doubt) I think you’ll lose sales.

Bought sandwitch maker from them. You think how can somebody go so wrong with something as simple? Russell Hobbs proves that they can. Not only it's impossible to clean (thankfully also because the trays are fixed) but also maker is overburning every single sandwich I made. When I had to partly take it apart (everything was wired for no clear reason) and clean it up. I put it back together and after 5th time had it starting to surge and flipping my breakers. Spent twice less on some no-name sandwich maker 3-in-1 with detachable trays and that thing is way better than Russell Hobbs was. If that's british quality, no wonder UK is in ass.

ref 16080898-23211 complaint. Andrei P 25 Nov Received a New Kettle and Toaster ordered 31 OCT order 000155433. Unfortunately the kettle is Very dangerous and leaks boiling water . Upon reporting this i was instructed to sent picture of out side and inside ! The kettle is only weeks old . For an issue that involves customer safety this is far from satisfactory. i think if you purchased a Luna Moonlight Grey Quiet Boil Kettle SKU 23211 i would be very careful . Maybe this product should be recalled if there is any possibility a someone having a serious accident . I await a reply to mu original e mail STILL !

My pressure cooker RHEP7 needs a new sealing ring. No answer where to get from Russell Hobbs South Africa. Phoning them I was told sorry no stock and it will take 4—5 months to get them. So I can throw my appliance away. Russell Hobbs — never again

Stoomkoker na 4 maanden gebruik stuk/customer service onbestaande Stoomkoker na 4 maanden gebruik stuk. Gekocht via Amazon Customer service ziet er zo uit: 1. Amazon verwijst door naar de fabrikant 2. Russell Hobbs UK stuurt me een standaard antwoord op mijn melding en dan … niets 3. Op mijn reminder volgt een standaard antwoord en dan 4. Verwijzing naar Russell Hobbs België met een tel. nummer … dat niet werkt 5. Ik probeer chat, ik krijg 1 antwoord dat de ‘juiste’ persoon me gaat contacteren en dan .. niets 6. Ik laat Russell UK weten dan BE nummer niet werkt 7. Ik dien een nieuwe melding in via de website (BE denk ik) 8. Russell Hobbs laten me nu weten dat ik moet aankloppen naar Amazon. 2 maand na eerste melding geen oplossing maar van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Russell Hobbs never again

OH WE ORDERED A NEW HOBBS STEAM FLOOR MACHINE IM DISABLED[STROKE[ SO WE WANTED A MIDDLE OF THE ROAD ONE..BRITISH MADE[DONT LAUGH[AND GOOD PRICE ..WHAT A JOKE IT ARRIVED LATE FRIDAY NO STEAM PHONED THE NUMBER NO ANSWER A BRITISH TRAIT[MON TO FRIDAY[ THE GERMANIANS ARE LAUGHING AT US ..WHEN WE GOT THROGH THE WOMAN SAID DESCALE[PARDON IT BRAND NEW]LONG STORY WERE GOING FOR IT WEDS..PS BUY GERMANIC OR ASIAN POP PICKERS WE CAARNT MAKE ANYTHING NOWADAYS..SADLY

After registering my Russell Hobbs kettle for the extra warranty they will not honour a replacement because they say I should upload the receipt, how many people can put their hand on their receipts! What is the point of going to the extra trouble of registering the extra warranty if I cannot even use it? You are a useless company and your customer service is disgusting, I will never purchase any goods made by Russell Hobbs again ever!

The worst company to ever buy from and the worst manufacturers for gas Hobbs Soon as I purchased the product it went off the market due to issues with the gas hob leaking gas, Then I had British Gas come out and check and fix the issue It was too late for me to get it taken out because it was already built into my brand-new kitchen, The igniter is not working for two of the gas hobs and Russell Hobbs refused to fix it because they don’t have any more products or replace it, Now they are Just saying sorry we can’t do anything about it And at a cost, they can remove it for me Please, please, please do not make the same mistake as me and purchase from this awful company. I use that awful awful products.

Kettle model 18922FD This is a shoddy kettle 18 months in the on/off switch failed it broke after contacting a Mike at Russell Hobbs he wasted some 30 minutes of time only to tell me it was out of warranty after I told him it was He moaned about the descaling not an issue as switch broken If Russell Hobbs are content to sell products the are obsolete so soon they not worth of buying
