I have recently had to replace my old hand mixer with a new one.
The old one was a perfect design
The new one is rubbish.
It sits on its rest when not in use, but when baking a cake, it falls forward due to the weight of the mixture and makes a mess.
I suggest your design team try it out by making an actual cake, they will see the problem straight away. Very disappointed in this product and will advise others not to purchase this item.
