Upon reporting this i was instructed to sent picture of out side and inside ! The kettle is only weeks old . For an issue that involves customer safety this is far from satisfactory. i think if you purchased a Luna Moonlight Grey Quiet Boil Kettle SKU 23211 i would be very careful . Maybe this product should be recalled if there is any possibility a someone having a serious accident . I await a reply to mu original e mail STILL !
