I had brought a microwave in October. Come March, I heated up my lunch with the plate in the machine for 30 seconds, before the ring caught fire. Contacted the company who told me you cant reheat.
Lady on the phone was the rudest women and clearly shouldn't work in customer service. Never buying a Russell Hobbs product again!
