After registering my Russell Hobbs kettle for the extra warranty they will not honour a replacement because they say I should upload the receipt, how many people can put their hand on their receipts!
What is the point of going to the extra trouble of registering the extra warranty if I cannot even use it?
You are a useless company and your customer service is disgusting, I will never purchase any goods made by Russell Hobbs again ever!
