Tried to purchase a spare part for our kettle today (which has not given good service) and anyone would think I was trying to get it for free. I was met with a barrage of interrogation, and demands for videos, pictures and receipts, so I gave up, and will consign our expensive piece of rubbish to the bin where it belongs.
If you do purchase any of this company's products, do not expect any after sales care, because there is none.
