Our kettle lasted just over the 2yr warranty. But I had piece of mind because I had signed up for the extend 12month warranty. So When the lid stopped opening I made contact with customer service. After me sending the requested details and videos contact from them stopped.
I believe they realised that the kettle was not repairable but would have to be fully replaced and that was not going to happen.
Customer service said their aim is to look after customers. What a load of Bulls**t if you’ve had a similar experience please respond.
