I have to put one star as the order 6656 (TC762380682GB) ordered on 10th December has not arrived. I've telephoned you twice about this and you have promised to look into it.
Royal Mail emailed (for the 4 or 5th time) saying it would arrive this morning. It hasn't. I would give you stars for politeness on the phone, but have paid for those order over a week ago, and I'm very unhappy with this.
