I would have given this five stars as I had superb customer service when my order was delayed. I was given two complimentary flat packs. Then my order arrived. The tubs in my original order arrived filthy and open meaning the contents had dried out somewhat. Just think about the times we are living in where hygiene is more imperative than ever. What really upset me was that upon writing (a very polite email) informing the company of the state of my order, I have been totally ignored. I followed up with an email saying that I was disappointed not to have heard back. I have now sourced a new supplier and would not use UK Wholesales again.
