This order took WEEKS to ship, it was placed on December 8 and received on January 27. Customer service was less than useless, some days not responding at all and then not responding with anything that improved the situation. Despite telling you that only FedEx or DHL had reliable service into BVI you pushed me to use DPD - who took ages to get the package here (when it eventually did ship over a month late) and then falsely claimed that it had been delivered when it had not. This was a real mess and leaves me in a position where I feel it is very unlikely I would use your company again unless I had the luxury of not needing the product for a few months. I feel that you did not even have the stock when you took the original order and that much of this was deliberate delay tactics to keep the order alive until your stock came in. That is deceptive at the very least. The alternative is that you really are so incompetent that you can't actually tell what is the status of a customers order for weeks at a time. I'm not sure which is worse - the incompetence or the dishonesty.
