Do not trust the refund policy. I signed up with a view to book a sitter. However, there was only one available and I was not prepared to leave my dog with them based on their lack of interest and communication. I attempted to get my subscription fee since I only had joined the day before and despite it being 24hrs they refused to refund my payment. BE WARNED. No refund will be rewarded if you are not able to find someone fit for the dates you need. I paid subscription for nothing. Avoid at all cost
