I was contacted by a dog boarder saying they were available and to secure the date’s I needed to subscribe. I paid for 3 months at £57. The boarder then tried to pressure me into paying them the full amount up front without meeting them. They were trying to scam me. I have contacted Holidog 3 times to get a refund as I have booked elsewhere and make a complaint with zero response. I will never use this company again.
