Not as good as other strips teeth are patchy white straight after use but next morning look back to how they were and overall after 11 days nothing really changed - they are also extremely difficult to remove tacky and very messy i had to use tweezers to pull off the teeth and also an hour a day is too long - I probably will not buy again prefer HiSmile
