“Hi bought the water flosser with UV light for sterilisation. The first one lasted 3 weeks before the UV light stopped working. I got a replacement in HN and the UV light has once again stopped working approx. 4 weeks later. I'll be asking for a refund this weekend. Not a well made product.”

“I ordered from Spotlight Oral Care and my experience has been extremely disappointing. My parcel was marked as delivered by their courier DPD, but was in fact misdelivered to an unknown address and left in a recycling bin that does not belong to me. I have photographic evidence, and DPD have since confirmed the parcel was incorrectly delivered. I was even cc’ed in an email where DPD explicitly asked Spotlight to accept liability and raise a claim—yet Spotlight has done nothing.
Despite multiple emails over more than a week, I have received no response at all. No acknowledgment, no update, and no attempt to resolve the situation. I am left without the products I paid for and have had to chase this at my own time and expense.
This is a clear breach of consumer rights, and the total lack of communication is unacceptable for any legitimate business. I will now be pursuing a chargeback through my payment provider and lodging formal complaints with consumer protection bodies in both the UK and Ireland.
I strongly caution others: if something goes wrong with your order, you may be completely ignored. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.”

“Beautiful branded product. The sonic motion takes a lot of getting used to as it tickles/ uncomfortable. It will need recharging more quickly then they advise! Keep knocking the on and off button. Overall glad I purchased it and with the discount made it good value for money and my teeth - the most important bit - so feel and look cleaner.”

“I like my toothbrush have done from the start but as for the price of the replacement heads they are very expensive and then having to add the overpriced delivery as well is to much nearly £30 quid for free heads is a joke as far as I am concerned too much profit not enough about customer's as allways with all companies profit first.”

The booster paste is really nice and definitely makes your mouth feel fresher. Not used long enough to see if teeth have been whitened. Overall, an excellent product.”
