I ordered from Spotlight Oral Care and my experience has been extremely disappointing. My parcel was marked as delivered by their courier DPD, but was in fact misdelivered to an unknown address and left in a recycling bin that does not belong to me. I have photographic evidence, and DPD have since confirmed the parcel was incorrectly delivered. I was even cc’ed in an email where DPD explicitly asked Spotlight to accept liability and raise a claim—yet Spotlight has done nothing.
Despite multiple emails over more than a week, I have received no response at all. No acknowledgment, no update, and no attempt to resolve the situation. I am left without the products I paid for and have had to chase this at my own time and expense.
This is a clear breach of consumer rights, and the total lack of communication is unacceptable for any legitimate business. I will now be pursuing a chargeback through my payment provider and lodging formal complaints with consumer protection bodies in both the UK and Ireland.
I strongly caution others: if something goes wrong with your order, you may be completely ignored. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.
