So far the toothbrush is great. The product experience is really good, lovely packaging, sleek design. I got the rose coloured brush and it's beautiful. Only disappointment is that the case for the extra toothbrush heads was missing. My partner bought a black toothbrush at the same time and he received one. It's a real shame because the case is very handy, tidy and hygienic for storage.
