I've only been using this toothbrush for a couple of weeks as my previous electronic toothbrush has given up the ghost for the umpteenth time. It seems very good and comparable although I wish the brush was a little bigger. As I've been using it a short time, and because the brush is quite small, I can only give 4 stars at the moment, however I'm sure when I get used to it, that would be 5!
