I bought the whitening strips and have used them for just over a week and although they are a bit of a pain to wear for an hour I actually think my teeth look slightly better than before, I am not sure about the whitening effects yet as I am only half way through the treatment but I definitely think my teeth look brighter already so I am impressed so far and will continue to use them
