Package delivered with bottle of mouthwash having leaked throughout. I took photos and emailed Spotlight. Received immediate apology and replacement of item within a matter of days. Never had a problem preciously with Spotlight & they didn't disappoint when I had a problem. Excellent service from Spotlight.
