Only been using my new spotlight electric toothbrush for a week, but it's a very different sensation to my previous Philips sonicare. The vibrations from the brush tickle much more which is a strange sensation which I'm not sure I like or am maybe not used to yet, and it is definitely not as firm as the Philips.
