I had a recent problem with my sonic toothbrush and was given very helpful advice on how to fix it, I just needed to clean the on/off button that had got a bit clogged. More recently I bought a new set of toothbrush heads, these were a reasonable price, straightforward to order and they were delivered quickly (though I did later discovered I already 3 spare ones in my cupboard!).
