Hi guys, disappointed i never received my gift products with my two purchases of toothbrushes. My sons toothbrush stopped taking a charge so i presumed after maybe over a period this happens but hindsight i should have queried the guarantee before replacing. Only product we use and have done for years. But to think of it now we have toothbrushes longer and no problem.
