I ordered the flosser and it made my gums bleed and left them feeling very sore - and that was on the so-called 'gentle' setting. The customer service is almost non-existent - they simply have ignored my emails after their initial response. I explained to them about the problems I've had with the flosser. As soon as they realised they might possibly need to give me a refund they refused to reply. It's quite upsetting as it's expensive and Spotlight simply don't care about helping me.
