The delivery was very quick. The packaging suggests a premium product, a bit reminiscent of the way Apply packing appears. The action of the brush is very different to our other electric toothbrush so takes a bit of getting used to. The brushes themselves are a very stiff fit onto the brush unit and take some effort to fully push on and if fully located are almost impossible to remove by hand. We had to use a blunt instrument to do so. We need to change heads because two of us use the brush and do not want to use the same head. Overall I would say is OK but wouldn't buy again if and when this one breaks down unless some further development is made to the way the heads fit.
