The centre of gravity is very high (towards the brush head). This in combination with the unusually slim shape of the housing causes the unit to topple over easily. That's still the case when the unit is resting in the click charger because the magnet doesn't seem to be very strong.
A slightly oval shape or a mould for placing the thumb would help to hold it better and avoid touching the teeth with the plastic of the brush head.
I cannot yet comment on the battery capacity.
