The brush itself is fine, but the manual needs more attention. It is full of details about how to clean your teeth, but none about the mechanics of the brush itself. It does not tell you either how to charge the brush when you receive it, or how to recognise when it is fully charged. Nor does it tell you how to select the different cleaning modes.
Which makes it all very baffling.
