The four speeds are very effective although the vibrating sensation takes a bit of getting used to. I don’t like the shape of the toothbrush head. It should be round and smaller to get into all the crevices between your teeth. I have stopped using it for this reason and gone back to my old electric toothbrush. If you ever create a round head toothbrush I would try it again .
