Initially I found the vibration hard to bear on certain sections of my mouth, I found on the faster settings it somewhat helped. Having now used the toothbrush for a number of weeks I have become used to it and don't notice vibration at all. My teeth feel so clean and I have noticed I have to use interdental sticks less frequently. I think it was great value for money and I will be extra impressed if the battery lasts as long as claimed.
