Ordered replacement brush heads, they were the ones for older tooth brushes, had no idea they had been
modified ,so didnt fit, had to open to see if right fit, because of this could not have a refund, was offered a small discount as I had ordered incorrect ones, there was no information to support this change, so very annoyed, have npw bought a new sonic toothbrush elsewhere and am very pleased with it .
