The products and packaging is very professional. The toothbrush buttons sometimes get in the way during brushing and consequently turn off/ on.
The LED is very sensitive and will switch on/off even when holding the sides to place in the mouth or if I pick it up.
I’m yet to see results but don’t know if that’s because I’m 68 and teeth are greyer than a younger person. Still persevering and following all the instructions.
