I have ordered brush. The tip is in totally different colour than the base. But it cleans teeth well. I have also ordered some spare ends, but they are for another mode of brush base, as it turns out - I was a bit uncareful. It is surprising thouhg that the order would be packed, rather than some question sent from customer care, if I am sure I would like to order the brushes that are not compatible. I have unpacked one of the heads now from the foils, so can I actually return it now? Please let me know on alicjawi90@gmail.com
