My order was a replacement for a toothbrush that had malfunctioned. Customer service was excellent. No quibble about sending out a new one despite having had it over a year. Didn’t even want me to return the old one.. Answered the phone immediately and I received the toothbrush the next day. Oh and the toothbrush is pretty good too! 🤩
