the instruction booklet is unhelpful and the brush does not function as the instructions suggest it will - after pushing the largest button at the top, the three lower controls do not respond to my attempts to alter the type of brushing. The noise the brush makes is a high-pitched whine which is not helpful in making tooth brushing a relaxed process. All in all, it seems an overly hyped product. Srry about that.
