I’ve not been using it long and there’s a huge difference already. The taste is nice and mild so you mostly just taste your own toothpaste. I like that I can use this with my own toothpaste as I have incredibly sensitive teeth and will only use my preferred toothpaste. It hasn’t had any effect on effectiveness of the sensitive toothpaste, and as I hate whitening treatment that take 30-60 minutes out of your day this it the perfect solution to add into a daily routine and doesn’t even take 15 seconds!
