Love the fact that you can "sterilise" the water etc and plenty of attachments. Found even the first level was fairly strong but bearable. My only quibble really was I thought the water bowl was very flimsy- seemed like cheap light plastic and not easy to fit to the unit. Had to jiggle it about to screw it on. On the whole though quite pleased with it.
