My order arrived promptly, but it came via Amazon, and arrived in Amazon packaging, which was confusing as I'd ordered it directly on the Spotlight website.
Thus I deleted all the Amazon emails without opening them, thinking they were phishing emails, because I hadn't ordered anything from Amazon.
Together with the extortionate price for toothbrush heads, I am deducting 2 stars overall.
