My uv water floss stoped working after I had it not even 4 months I contact customer service and they responded in a day with a solution.
They send me a brand new one in 2 days and kindly asked to send the faulty one back (even offered to pay shipping duties) to investigate the issue for further improvement. Great service 10/10.
