I was very happy with the speed of delivery and the product, but the delivery service Amazon was not so good, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. The messages regarding the delivery did not contain any personalised information and looked really "spammy". There was no mention of your company name, or my name. there was the tracking order number, but let's be honest who remembers that number ? I actually deleted all the messages immediately and only realised they were valid when the package was actually delivered
