An overall excellent experience and pleased with our purchase. However, we have two iritating issues, the brush heads, on our device at least, are quite difficult to pull off without getting a full grip in the palm of the hand and paulling it quite hard, which is not very hygenic touching the brushes. My wife has asked me more than once to help with this. Having to set a reminder to change the brush head in abotu three months.
