Love the product but sadly found the returns policy disappointing. The blush & rose gold brush heads are very similar and unfortunately I ordered the wrong ones which do not fit my toothbrush. I had only opened the plastic seal on one head before realising my mistake but I was unable to return any of the heads for hygiene purposes. I have therefore had to order 3 more heads and throw the original 3 away as they are no good to me. As a gesture of goodwill I was refunded £6 on my second order which I appreciate but not sure I will continue to use this product, would rather buy local.
