I purchased a sonic toothbrush nearly 12 months ago and it inexplicably stopped working. Up until this point it had been the best brush I’d ever had. I contacted customer services who, after giving friendly advice on possible fixes replaced the old brush with a brand new one. No quibble or fuss. Just great customer service. I highly recommend the company & their approach to their customers.
