I can't recommend this toothbrush and company highly enough! First, the product itself is great. Second, after 11 months of use, one of the two toothbrushes I purchased started malfunctioning. I reached out to customer service, and they promptly sent me a replacement—no questions asked, no hassle. I've never experienced such exceptional service with any other toothbrush company.
