I have bought two toothbrushes over the last couple of years, one for me and was so impressed with it (and my dentist when I had my check up) that bought husband one. I have also bought replacement heads. All orders have been received really quickly with email notification. I have also had to use the support team, who have addressed my issues promptly. Recommend highly.
