My first sonic toothbrush was temperamental from the off not holding it's charge, then the on/off button stopped working. The brush was only 3 months old when I contacted customer services. After providing video proof Ornaith quickly sent me a replacement brush.
I have had the replacement brush a couple of weeks now and it runs so much better than the first which must have been faulty. I am very happy with this brush, it provides a thorough clean and holds it's charge for ages.
Customer service was excellent.
