The quality of the product looks good but I did not like the sensation when using it and will be giving it away. Understandably a refund was refused as I had used it. But bearing in mind the unusual vibrations you feel in your mouth when using it, and not even on the strongest setting, they should consider returns as it's a product that won't suit everybody.
