About 16 months ago I purchased a Spoptlight toothbrush and Spotlight water flosser. The toothbrush I have used twice daily, the flosser about once weekly/fortnightly.
A short while ago the water flosser simply stopped working. The unit was full of charge, the motor was whirring away but no water came out. I reported the matter to Spotlight customer care asking if they had a repair service. Spotlight asked for a brief report of the fault and a video showing same, which I submitted to them. The same day, Spotlight told me that they would be sending me a brand spanking new water flosser free of charge. It has now arrived and works perfectly.
Things will go wrong, that's simply a fact of life. But it's how the issue is dealt with that matters and Spoltight's customer care was magnificent.
My toothbrush and water flosser are great products, but more than that, Spotlight provides fantastic after-care support. I have no hesitation in recommedning this company and their products to you.
