We brought your Kids Electric Toothbrush - CiCi the Cheetah, Order Number: #624390EU, as we have used your adult products before and rate them highly. Unfortunately, while the child's brush was on charge, it melted the connection to the charge point on the brush, as shown in the attached photos. This product is not safe and could have caused significant damage to our house had it not been found when it was.
